our body is telling us and follow the rules set by the plan.

and ignore what we need to do for our own body. We were born
with the ability to listen to our bodies, but the process

what the media, our parents, spouse or doctors tell us we
should do. The intuitive eating process teaches individuals
how to recapture the ability to listen to their bodies and
discover the fuel mix that will assist in achieving their
